Open Source Bible Translation software

I just stumbled across a webpage which has some ideas for open source Bible translation software. I am familiar with the software referred to on the webpage. There would probably need to be other software used for English Bible translation, or other arrangements made with the software developers, since most of the software mentioned on this webpage has highly restricted licensing, for people helping Bible translation for Bibleless people groups. I don't think the copyright holders of the English Bibles within that specialized software would be very happy about opening up their licensing to anyone interested in English Bible translating. But there might be some ideas on that webpage which interested individuals can develop further.

For myself, I will continue to dream of doing English Bible translation in an open source manner.
